Located in the heart of Dupplin Estate the cottage offers excellent access to the outdoors: walks, cycling, fishing and bird watching are all available from your door.

The cottage has been beautifully restored in 2016 to a very high standard. A traditional stone built cottage marries the charm of the traditional with all the modern facilities you would expect from a luxurious 5* cottage.

The sympathetic addition of a large glass and wooden entrance allows light to flood into the property with excellent views of the woodland on the banks of the river. It is an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drinks providing ‘all weather’ access to the outdoors.
